🐕Hope Rescue APPEAL FOR INFORMATION – BULLDOG FOUND HEOL-Y-CYW

We are appealing for information after this lovely Bulldog girl, whom we have named Norma, was found straying in a terrible condition in Heol-y-Cyw this afternoon. She has a chronic skin condition, ear infection and overgrown nails.
We don’t know what has happened to her, but if anyone has any information as to how she ended up in such a poor condition, then
